今集《美食新聞報道》的「星級飯腳」就由陳煒煒哥(Alice)孖行仔蔡景行帶路揾食!受老公影響成為「茶記達人」的煒哥帶行仔來到西環一間茶餐廳。煒哥指沙嗲牛肉麵的湯底是用雞湯熬製,再加上沙茶醬去調味,味道濃郁又不會過於鹹口,搭配新鮮牛肉及爽口麵條,十分過癮!墨魚頭雪菜肉絲米粉,墨魚頭有胡椒調風味,爽脆又彈牙。而不少街坊朋友都推薦的西多士,煉奶加上外酥里軟的西多士,非常邪惡。

第二站,二人來到一間連續十五年獲得米芝蓮一星的菜館。店中的招牌菜要屬椒鹽鮑魚,外皮鬆脆,又不會覺得油膩,製作過程非常精細複雜。第二道米水煮元貝,非常特別。使用粥水慢慢熬煮元貝,令其肉質更加鮮甜,口感軟綿。再點綴上金華火腿肉,層次更加豐富。最後一道西貢艇皇飯,用不同的海鮮乾貨包括蝦乾、臘腸、銀魚仔、魷魚配合蝦醬製作而成,完全不需要再添加豉油,鹹香味已十足。

今集還有暉哥林映暉帶大家繼續探索美食!位於大埔的一間小食店,一次過可以歎足三種美食,即主食、小食以及甜品,非常滿足!即包粢飯,肉鬆榨菜非常足料。油炸鬼新鮮出爐,即整即食。小食煎餃雙拼韭菜味和粟米味,超多韭菜,肉汁豐盈,油香四溢。自家製豆漿再加上最後的甜品,多芒楊枝甘露,帶來極致享受。
